ASTM B564 UNS N10276 / Hastelloy C276 Weld Neck Flange, Raised Face (RF) Class 150/300/600, For Seawater Desalination
Introduction of ASTM B564 UNS N10276 / Hastelloy C276 Weld Neck Flange
Our Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276) Weld Neck Flanges are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B564 and ASME B16.5/B16.47.
This nickel‑molybdenum‑chromium alloy provides excellent resistance to uniform corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in extreme environments. Forged, solution annealed, and strictly inspected, our WNRF flanges feature high mechanical strength, good weldability, and long service life.
They are widely used in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical processing, desalination, and flue gas desulfurization system. YUHONG can supply full sizes and pressure classes with EN 10204 3.1/3.2, PMI, NDT, and NACE MR0175 certifications available.

Key Performance Advantages of ASTM B564 Hastelloy C276 Weld Neck Flange
- Resists strong acids (HCl, H₂SO₄, H₃PO₄) and chloride-induced pitting, crevice corrosion, and SCC. PREn ~69, far exceeding stainless steel.
- Tungsten (W) addition ensures stability in mixed acid environments.
- Service range: -196°C to 1040°C.
- Ultra-low carbon allows welding without post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) and eliminates intergranular corrosion risk.
- Weld Neck (WN): Tapered neck ensures smooth stress transition and high fatigue resistance—ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and cyclic conditions.
- Raised Face (RF): Universal sealing compatible with various gaskets (e.g., spiral wound, graphite).
Typical Application Industries
