EN10216-2 P235GH TC1 Seamless J-Tube is a seamless steel tube manufactured in accordance with the European standardEN 10216-2,made fromP235GHmaterial,withTC1testing category,and formed into a"J"shape(a bent tube with one leg longer than the other,similar to a U-tube but with unequal straight ends).

 

EN 10216-2European standard for seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes at elevated temperatures.

P235GH Material grade a non-alloy,heat-resistant steel for pressure equipment."P"=pressure,"235"=minimum yield strength of 235 MPa at room temperature,"GH"=suitable for high-temperature service(up to~400°C).

 

TC1Testing Category 1–the basic level of non-destructive and mechanical testing requirements(e.g.,tensile,flattening,bending tests,and hydrostatic or ultrasonic examination per batch).
